In the course of the meeting it was declared that the Bill (Reg.№5197) suggests the addition of the article 3 of the effective Law by the principles according to which, its effect is not spread on the taking of the human anatomic materials for the produce of the antireticular cytotoxic serum that is used for the reactivity stimulation and total human organism resistance.
The People Deputies emphasized that the Bill is elaborated "aiming at the remedial action concerning the legislation, that have the negative impact on the production of antireticular cytotoxic serum by the closed joint-stock company "BIOPHARMA".
According to the Committee members, the Bill adoption enables experience preserving of the unique immunobiological medicines in Ukraine.
